Event DetailsWe first met at a mutual friend's birthday party. Matthew spilled his drink on Emily's dress, and somehow that led to exchanging numbers!
Our first official date was at the Winter Festival downtown. We went ice skating, drank hot chocolate, and talked until the festival closed.
After two years of dating, we decided to move in together. Our little apartment quickly became home with our cat Milo.
Matthew proposed during our vacation in Hawaii. He got down on one knee at sunset on the beach. Emily was completely surprised and, of course, said yes!
